As your letting agent we provide you and your tenant with a "duty of care" coupled with a commitment to keep all staff up to date with the regular changes in legislation.

We recognise that letting out your property can be a stressful and a time consuming process and with this in mind we have introduced a 'prepare to let' package. This is tailored to the individual requirements of the client and the property being let and can include anything from pre-completion snagging reports, installing fixtures and fittings, carpeting, cleaning or providing a furniture pack and much more.

Based in the Northwest we are able to offer our services throughout the region. We have representatives outside of the county also which enables us to manage property portfolios which may fall outside of our region.
